| About Illumine |
| Illumine is a research company based in Mumbai, specialising in the area of knowledge product design and deployment. Illumine was set up in 1996 by Mr Venkatram Srinivas, a product of IIT - Mumbai and IIM - Ahmedabad, who has more than nine patents and 140 technical documents and research papers to his credit. He has extensively investigated the problems of 'effective transfer of understanding (beyond information or skills) on a mass scale' and transformation of attitudes and values in work places to improve productivity and team effectiveness. |

Illumine's team of researchers have, over the past five years, developed
a set of breakthrough technologies/methods in the area of 'user-centred
knowledge transfer' on a mass-delivery basis. These methodologies
have been conceptualised and mastered over a series of test-bed projects
that were carried in a variety of knowledge-user contexts in the industry,
home and personal-use settings over a five-year time frame. |
